Personal Assistant / Life Logistics Specialist

We help people deal with the things that slow life down - from bureaucracy and logistics to ongoing life admin. When something needs to be handled properly, PACO steps in.

We combine human judgement, local expertise, trusted partners, and AI tools to get things done quickly and end-to-end.

We're expanding and looking for proactive, resourceful assistants who enjoy solving problems and helping clients navigate modern life.

Your Role

Your job is to remove friction from clients' lives by taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion.

Work typically falls into three areas:

Admin

Resolving bureaucracy and dealing with banks, utilities, insurers, schools, and authorities.

Logistics

Coordinating deliveries, repairs, appointments, home access, and on-the-ground support.
