Position Overview
Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and daily tasks for executives.
• Handle basic accounting support such as preparing expense reports and tracking
reimbursements.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documents for easy access.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
• Support administrative tasks including correspondence, email management, and office
coordination.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide general support in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as executive/personal assistant.
• Must have experience in doing administrative tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
