Key Responsibilities
Manage diaries, schedules and workloads for Directors
Coordinate meetings, seminars and conferences, including room bookings
Prepare agendas, collate papers and take accurate minutes for meetings
Manage sensitive correspondence and information with discretion
Act as a key point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, including officials and partner organisations
