Job Title: Personal Assistant/Admin Assistant Work Scope & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end administration of courses for Grassroots Leaders and PA staff
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to secure venues, schedule sessions, and ensure all logistical arrangements and training materials are prepared
Collect, track, and maintain training-related information such as attendance records and feedback
Provide administrative and on-site support for NACLI events and meetings, where required
Assist with special events and ad-hoc projects as needed
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
