Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Perform data entry and scan documents
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Run companyβs errands to post office, office supply store, local autorities or government's counter
Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
Prepare documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Customer Service and day to day operation assistance
To assist in preparing documentation for set up new company
Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting invoices
Managing documents and files
Sending and receiving documents for the company
Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers
