Overview:
Our client is a leading Investment Banking firm with a knowledgeable team assisting clients in global asset and private wealth management.
They are seeking an experienced Personal and Team Assistant to work alongside their Director and a 3 person team. The role will involve assisting all aspects of calendar management, including meeting coordinating and travel management. This role will also be responsible for managing office supplies and printing relevant documentation for the wider team. The collaborative office consists of a wider team of 20 staff.
