Flexible Work, Better Balance
Pernod Ricard, in partnership with One Young World, is offering a fully funded scholarship for young leaders committed to creating safe, inclusive, and responsible social spaces. This initiative aims to address social isolation and harmful drinking while promoting moderation and mindful socialization.
The scholarship will support 10 outstanding young leaders working to foster positive social environments and tackle alcohol-related harm in their communities. Selected scholars will receive full funding to attend the One Young World Summit 2026 in Cape Town .
As part of Pernod Ricard’s delegation, scholars will engage in high-impact discussions, shape interventions at the Summit, and receive expert mentorship. After the summit, they will contribute to collective thinking sessions on the future of socialization, ensuring long-term impact.
