This includes compiling permit data requirements, initiating both electronic and hard copy permit applications, determining necessary permits for different municipalities, Rail Roads (BNSF/UP), TXDOT, and other specialized areas, while communicating with involved parties to minimize turnaround time. The role also supports the ROW group in preparing executed easements for county clerk recording, tracking recording status, and maintaining easement records.
