Clinical Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments at admission, review, and discharge stages.
- Develop and implement evidence-based, person-centered therapy plans with measurable goals.
- Monitor and document client progress, outcomes, and treatment plans accurately.
- Communicate assessment results, therapy goals, and discharge plans to clients and stakeholders.
- Recommend suitable assistive devices and support community reintegration as needed.
Administrative & Program Responsibilities - Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
