Permanent - Business Administrator - Cape Town - South Africa
- Provide daily administrative support to the Validtrade team.
- Assist customers with queries, pricing, order updates, and delivery follow‑ups.
- Process orders, quotations, invoicing, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer, supplier, product, and stock records.
- Support the sales team with reports, customer communication, and administrative documentation.
- Ensure proper filing, record management, and compliance with company procedures and standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly administrative and operational reports.
- Support general office administration and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
