- Identifying and manage all Sales Performance barriers
- Realign sales objectives and action plans
- Monitoring & controlling the sales process
- Ensure correct stocking levels to achieve sales objectives
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales objectives
- Customer relationship management
- Ensure sales profitability and satisfaction levels
- Ensure franchise standards are maintained
