Chinatown Job Description: . Assist in monitoring vital signs and serving of oral and topical medications and oral feeding as applicable. . Assist in basic physiological monitoring . Assist in ADL needs in the centre (e.g. toileting, feeding, changing) . Perform planned nursing interventions and assist trained nurse in medical emergency or crisis situations. . To conduct daily maintenance therapy exercises in adherence to the Occupational Therapist's/ Physiotherapist's recommendations. . Educate clients and caregivers on therapeutic interventions as instructed by therapists. . To ensure safety of clients in the centre and while escorting clients to and from their homes to the centre according to guidelines and policy.
Requirements: . Min 1 year healthcare assistant experience
