**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Perinatal Safety Specialist RN, you will help our Perinatal teams and leadership so they can continuously improve patient safety and the quality of care for mothers and babies, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Every day you will lead the implementation, promotion, and oversight of perinatal patient safety and quality of care initiatives and programs. You will be expected to ensure adherence to national clinical standards, disseminate crucial safety information, facilitate educational programs, conduct safety rounds, and actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you must champion a culture of safety by monitoring clinical outcomes, analyzing adverse events, developing targeted education plans, and collaborating seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, compliant care for every mother and baby.
