QUALIFICATIONS:
Staff/Facility - The contractor shall provide five (5) Full Time Equivalency Employees (FTEEs), consisting of four (4) Board Certified Perfusionists and one (1) Certified Autotransfusionist located at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center, Gainesville, FL 32608.
