This is a one‑year fixed‑term assignment due to parental leave. The position is based in Europe, preferably Finland or the UK, and reports to the People & Communications Senior Vice President, Performance & Reward.
The purpose of this role is to develop and implement KONE’s global strategies for employee benefits, retirement, well‑being and flexible working, ensuring they meet current and future business needs, support internal equity and external competitiveness, and strengthen employee engagement.
