Position Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Strategist to plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition campaigns that drive qualified B2B leads and marketplace growth. This role requires expertise in media buying, funnel strategy, analytics, and conversion optimization.
What you will do:
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Optimize campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Design and optimize full-funnel strategies (awareness to conversion)
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Build and refine audience segments (retargeting, lookalikes, intent-based)
- Track performance using Google Analytics, GTM, and ad platforms
- Scale high-performing campaigns and optimize budgets
- Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams for campaign alignment
