We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid campaigns across various acquisition channels, monitoring performance, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other acquisition channels.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, CPM, frequency, learning phase) and take proactive actions to achieve growth and efficiency targets.
• Analyze data, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve campaign results.
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across the marketing funnel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution and business objectives.
