Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Snap, and TikTok to meet KPIs.
- Drive installs and in-app conversions with app marketing strategies.
- Track and analyse performance using GA4, MMPs, and performance models with Excel Sheets.
- Conduct audience analysis, segmentation, and A/B testing to improve targeting and conversions.
- Set up and optimise Pixels and APIs for accurate tracking and event management.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to refine campaign strategies.
- Apply advanced measurement methods including incrementality tests, lift studies, and conversion tracking.
Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing with a strong focus on paid social channels.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
