Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid marketing campaigns with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Proven ability to build, launch, and optimize campaigns from scratch, including keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
Strong experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and native platform tracking (Pixels/Conversion API) to measure and report on ROAS, and conversion rates.
Familiarity with Bing (Microsoft Advertising) and at least one major Email Service Provider (ESP) like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot for lifecycle marketing.
