Performance marketing Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on performance marketing specialist to own paid acquisition and creative output across multiple DTC ecommerce brands. This is not a coordination-only role. You will be inside ad accounts, building creative angles, launching tests, reading the numbers, and making clear decisions on what to scale, pause, or fix.

What you will own

• Manage paid media performance across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels
• Track ROAS, CPA, spend efficiency, AOV, and contribution margin by brand
• Build creative strategy for each brand based on product, audience, offer, and funnel position
• Produce and brief ad creatives at volume using AI tools, UGC, statics, hooks, scripts,...
