Responsibilities
- Manage paid media performance across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels
- Track ROAS, CPA, spend efficiency, AOV, and contribution margin by brand
- Build creative strategy for each brand based on product, audience, offer, and funnel position
- Produce and brief ad creatives at volume using AI tools, UGC, statics, hooks, scripts, and concepts
- Run a weekly testing pipeline with clear hypotheses, budgets, results, and kill or scale decisions
- Diagnose funnel issues across ads, landing pages, offers, tracking, and conversion points
- Maintain tracking discipline across pixels, GA4, UTMs, and attribution layers
