Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Manager of Performance Marketing to oversee our domestic paid media programs and selected international efforts. This role is pivotal in scaling ABH’s visibility and performance across multiple digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be both highly analytical and creatively fluent, with a passion for performance marketing and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage relationships with ABH’s domestic media and affiliate agencies, ensuring excellence in strategy, execution, and performance.
+ Oversee and optimize media budgets, planning calendars, and performance reporting (KPI dashboards and insights).
+ Brief and collaborate with creative teams to develop high-impact media assets aligned with campaign goals.
+ Lead planning, optimization, and scaling of paid media across:
