We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data‑driven performance campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role oversees the full marketing funnel — from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting — ensuring efficient budget use and strong return on investment.
The position requires close collaboration with Acquisition, CRM, Product, and BI teams to align campaigns with player lifecycle goals while maintaining compliance with PAGCOR and other regulated markets.
