About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in D2 C and Lead Generation campaigns. You will manage paid campaigns across digital platforms and work closely with creative and content teams to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage D2 C (e-commerce) and Lead Generation campaigns with clear performance goals.
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversions.
- Work with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Monitor daily performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
- Set up and manage retargeting campaigns and funnels.
- Ensure proper tracking setup (Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Ads).
