About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Lead to drive end-to-end growth for a modern consumer brand across performance marketing, CRM, retention, website optimisation, and omnichannel expansion. You’ll work closely with brand, creative, and business teams to scale customer acquisition and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own paid growth across Meta & Google, including strategy, budgets, optimisation, and performance
• Drive full-funnel growth across acquisition, retention, and CRM (Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Push)
• Lead website and conversion optimisation across landing pages, PDPs, checkout, and UX
• Build performance-led creative testing with brand and creative teams
