About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer / User Acquisition (UA) Specialist to join our growing team in the mobile gaming industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns to drive installs, engagement, and revenue growth for our mobile games.
This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, and a passion for performance marketing in the gaming ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage user acquisition campaigns across multiple ad networks
Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, CTR, and Retention and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
