Job description: Performance Marketer Role Description

We’re looking for a data-driven performance marketer who enjoys turning a budget into results and proving it with numbers. You will live in the ad accounts. You will build campaigns across different platforms, watch how they perform, and keep tuning them until they deliver. Some experiments will fly. Some will flop. The fun is in finding out which is which, fast.

A good day looks like a hunch that paid off, a test that told you something useful, or a cost that dropped because you spotted the leak before anyone else did. You will dig into the data, brief sharper creative, and keep an eye on where every rand goes.
