Performance Marketer

Our client, a fast growing startup is currently looking to recruit a Performance Marketer paying £55k to £65k plus 30% Bonus.

You will define and lead the overall performance marketing strategy to maximise growth profitably, week over week, month after month. Analyse both in-app user behaviour and paid digital campaigns to decipher the most valuable user acquisition channels, targeting and creative to double-down on for growth.

To be considered you will have experience working with Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter, Snapchat, Mobile DSPs and other digital marketing platforms. You will also have experience leveraging different mobile user acquisition channels to drive profitable scale. Demonstrated ability to effectively own, manage and optimise acquisition budgets with clear ROI targets.
