The Head – Business Analytics is primarily responsible for identifying strategic needs and directions for the organization as well as leading and managing day‑to‑day analytics operations. In addition, the Head – Business Analytics will drive the identification and articulation of opportunities and challenges in order to optimize business unit performance, contribute to strategic initiative progression and realization, and identify opportunities for improving hospital performance.
