Job Description
We are seeking a Performance Improvement Analyst to support a growing Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Reading, PA. This individual will be responsible for extracting, organizing, and analyzing raw data from both clinical and administrative areas of the business. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to formalize data processes, improve data integrity, and enable reporting for operational and strategic initiatives. This role requires strong Excel skills and comfort with manual data pulling, with the opportunity to build scalable reporting tools and dashboards. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
