We're hiring a Performance Growth Specialist (Paid Social) to operate and scale paid acquisition, with a strong focus on Meta Ads and to grow into owning client relationships over time, with support from our senior strategists.

This role is hands-on, close to performance, and accountable for outcomes.

What you'll be doing

On performance:

• Build and manage Meta ads campaigns end-to-end
• Optimise campaigns with a focus on sales, CPA and ROAS
• Run daily optimisations, manage audiences, budgets and creatives with rigor
• Analyse creative performance and provide structured feedback
• Read performance data and identify optimisation opportunities early
