**Job Description**

The Per Diem Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients and facilitating rehabilitation and independence. Develops and designs treatment plans for physically, mentally and/or emotionally disabled patients. Occupational Therapists enable, enhance and improve patients’ ability to gain independent, productive daily living and working environments.

**Qualifications**

**_Requirements:_**

+ Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Occupational Therapy
+ Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy Program
+ New York State Occupational Therapy License
+ National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) preferred.
