**Job Summary:** Facilitate Clinical Management Programs in a call center environment across multiple disease states.

**Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for clinical and operational support of Noble Health Services Clinical and Patient Management Programs
+ Oversight of clinical decision making and accountability to the organization for those decisions
+ Responsible for patient drug utilization reviews and analysis
+ Responsible for adverse event reporting
+ Responsible for assisting in the implementation of enhanced services programs
+ Responsible for developing and presenting/scheduling educational programs for staff
