OverviewThe Pepsi Equipment Supervisor (PES) contributes to the success of PepsiCo Canada by leading the marketing equipment (coolers, vendors, and fountain) placement and maintenance of equipment for a territory. This person is responsible for the supervision of front-line employees; they must lead coach and support their team to achieve both productivity and customer service objectives.
