Reports To: Director of Data and Analytics



Overview:

This position reports to the Director of Data and Analytics in the Office of Human Resrouces and will provide technical and system support to the Office of Human Resources in managing PeopleSoft technical tasks by collaborating with cross-functional teams, and be required to follow the change management process.



Responsibilities:


+ Provide complex, non-routine development, analytical and technical support for the Human Resource Management applications (Oracle/PeopleSoft) to enable and enhance the District’s administrative operations

+ Work in a team environment and collaborate with functional staff to define technical scope, impact analysis, issue research, and developing technical solutions for updates, fixes, and enhancements, including providing and evaluating alternative options where appropriate.
