Key Responsibility Areas Maintain accurate and compliant employee data and documentation. Coordinate onboarding, movements, and offboarding processes. Support HR processes related to performance, benefits, and recognition. Assist with engagement initiatives, surveys, and communication campaigns. Provide recruitment and training administration support. Ensure compliance with POPIA, labour regulations, and internal policies. Support HR systems (ERS/ESS) and continuous improvement initiatives. About You You have a National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. You're organised, accurate, and thrive on efficiency.
