We’re seeking an experienced People Support & Labor Relations Specialist to join our People Team in Barcelona. The role is a versatile mix of operational excellence and Labor Relations complexity. Reporting to the People Support Manager, you will manage day‑to‑day HR cycles and provide specialised support to the Labor Relations Director.

What you will do:

Labor Relations & Compliance Support

• Act as operational support for the Labor Relations Director, assisting in the preparation of documentation for Works Council meetings, labor audits, and local legal policy implementation.
• Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws and social security regulations across international hubs.
• Use AI tools to streamline analysis of collective bargaining agreements and legislative updates, providing faster internal legal guidance.
