**Job summary:**
The role is responsible for delivering professional advice, guidance and expert advice to People Leader Partners, People Leaders and PPS (Philips People Services) on HR related topics, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies. The role focuses on delivering consistent and high-quality HR service on casework.
**Your role:**
+ Provide operational guidance on employee relations matters, including PIPs, absence and sick leave, disciplinary and grievance cases, and investigations, ensuring compliance with local policies and best practices.
+ Manage and support fair, consistent, and timely case handling in line with local labor laws, internal policies, and organizational standards.
+ Conduct and support GBP (General Business Principles) and other employee relations investigations with accurate documentation and appropriate stakeholder collaboration.
