The **People Partner Lead, North American Region (NAR),** drives standardization in the execution of People Function policies and processes, ensuring consistent application and compliance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role acts as a coach and thought partner to People Leader Partners, bringing deep expertise in employee and labor relations and serving as “primus inter pares” within the team as needed. The People Partner Lead is the primary advisor to People Leaders on complex and high-risk employee relations matters, ensuring outcomes align with organizational goals, legal compliance, and employee well-being. The role also advises Country Leaders on People strategies and responses to employee issues during periods of crisis or transformation and provides guidance to People Leaders and/or People Leader Partners on transformations (e.g., footprint changes and restructurings) from a local and legal perspective, with accountability for effective local execution.
