The People Partner Associate (HRBP) plays a key role in supporting our client's people and organizational agenda, partnering closely with leadership to enable business growth, strengthen culture, and build a high-performing, structured organization. This role combines hands-on HR ownership (employee lifecycle, recruitment, and operations) with supporting strategic people initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement and organizational development. The role contributes to shaping a performance-led, engaged, and resilient organization, aligned with our client's values of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
