About the role
You will be part of the People team responsible for specific functional business areas and will drive the implementation and delivery of best in class people management operations, processes and procedures.
You will work collaboratively with the wider People & Development team (ten colleagues), across the full employee life cycle, including recruitment and onboarding, colleague engagement, employee relations, colleague development, health and wellbeing, policy development, performance management, diversity and inclusion, pay and reward, talent management and succession planning.
