<p>As our dedicated People Partner for SumUp Pay, you'll work closely with the Tribe Lead and senior leaders to build and execute a people agenda that's genuinely fit for an incubation-stage team, not a copy-paste of company-wide processes. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a fast-moving, high-priority team hires, develops, and grows its people from the ground up, with real ownership and direct influence from day one.</p>
