Job Description
The People Operations Specialist (onsite) is the main point of contact for employees and managers at their location. This role will entail working collaboratively with employees, managers, and the corporate People Operations Team. The employee will be knowledgeable about HR laws, compliance, employee relations, and recruitment. This is a fully in-office role.
Responsibilities:
Tier one support for all employee relations issues, escalating to appropriate HR partners as needed.
Tier one support for all employee questions regarding: benefits, 401(k), timecards, vacation, and compensation.
