Summary:

This position is responsible to ensure excellent performance of HR processes and activities by partnering with local management, COE team and Global Strategic HR Partners in order to support the achievements of business goals. This role model behaviors that align with company’s core values and coach/influence others to do the same, especially the leaders and managers. He/She is responsible for daily HR support and counseling to regional business and functional leaders that is based in South East Asia.
