Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to the GM Philippines office three to four times per week or at a frequency dictated by the business.
The Role
The role will lead GM People Operations team in Asia and Middle East, acting as the local SME for Employee Journeys, embedding local-specific requirements into global standards and ensuring high-quality, timely, and compliant HR services, and optimize key people processes and knowledge governance using process-driven methodologies, AI-enabled solutions, and data analytics to streamline and standardize workflows.
