Join ZIGUP’s People Operations team supporting colleagues and guiding managers to keep essential people processes moving and help the business run smoothly.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing HR role where no two days are the same. You’ll support a broad range of HR and People Operations activity across onboarding, colleague administration, colleague changes, compliance and day-to-day colleague support.
You’ll manage HR queries through calls, inboxes and our ticketing system, prepare contracts and colleague documentation, support onboarding and Right to Work checks, maintain HR systems and colleague records, and work closely with Payroll, Recruitment, Colleague Relations and the wider HR team to keep processes moving efficiently.
