You will lead the HR function, providing expert advice, guidance, and partnership to leaders and employees across all HR disciplines. Additionally, you will ensure the effective delivery of HR programmes, policies, and initiatives in alignment with company strategy, while maintaining full compliance with all legislative and organisational requirement
