Role Overview You will partner with business leaders, manage employee engagement, and oversee the full employee lifecycle. This role combines strategic HR business partnering with hands‑on operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities - Business Partnering: Work closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals. Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Design and implement programs that enhance engagement, diversity, equity & inclusion, and employee well‑being. Promote Edelman’s values and culture.
