This role builds, maintains, and configures Workday reports and dashboards, translates business needs into reporting solutions, and enables self‑service reporting capabilities for stakeholders. The position also supports high‑priority projects for senior management and the HR community, ensuring data quality, consistency, and continuous improvement in reporting processes.
