Monitor participation, address survey rollout issues, and ensure timelines are met.
Support analysis of results, identify key themes, and prepare clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Support workplace design / experience initiatives that reinforce BIG culture.
Coordinate with relevant teams (e.g., facilities, workplace experience, communications) to study how we can improve on workspace experience to bring BIG Culture to life.
